SWITEK new side entry IML System for the prise labeling in the production of soft tubes for comestics are having the final in house functional testing before delivery.

Different from the regular IML robot for small and medium size cups, the new IML system is designed for the precise labeling of the deep cavities tubes either soft or hard for the luxury cosmetics. To ensure the labeling of the tubes, the new robot introduced a tune to each cavity of the magazines to adjust the positionn of the label. Further more, the new IML robot have a turn table design of the magazine which enable the staff to feed the labels without stop the machine to ensure a cuntinued production.
